What happens next
We acknowledge every request and respond within one month of receipt, as required by Article 12 of the EU and UK GDPR. If a request is complex we may extend that by up to two further months and will tell you why. There is no charge. We may need to verify your identity before releasing personal data — we will only ask for what is necessary.
